Pocket Option binary options platform: how the terminal works
Pocket Option runs on its own web terminal — not MetaTrader. Pick an asset, a stake from $1, an expiry and a direction: Call or Put. Right call returns the stake plus the published payout; wrong call costs the stake.
18+. The company's documents name no financial regulator. Trading can cost the entire amount you deposit.
Bonuses & extras
Bonuses, chests and tournaments
Promo-code sites advertise +60% on a deposit from $50; the terminal itself showed a "Get 50% bonus" banner for real accounts on 1 October 2026. On top of that the platform runs tournaments, achievements with chests and a daily bonus.
DEPOSIT BONUS+60% with a promo code, as advertised; exact terms in the cabinet.
ACHIEVEMENTSLevels and chests for trading activity.

01 · The platform
What the Pocket Option platform is
Pocket Option is a fixed-outcome trading platform at pocketoption.com, running since 2017 and shown in 41 language versions. It does not plug into MetaTrader or any third-party client — every order in the Pocket Option platform is placed in its own terminal, whether from a laptop browser or a phone.
PUBLIC OFFER · DEFINITIONS
a specially prepared web interface (Trading Terminal)that the client reaches through the Client's Area.
What you trade are short contracts of two types. A Call wins if the closing price is above the opening price; a Put wins if it is below. The payout percentage is fixed by the terminal at the moment you press the button, so you see the possible return before you commit.
One rule that rarely gets mentioned: the agreement lets the company refuse a trade when it lacks liquidity in the chosen instrument at the moment of the request. In that case the terminal shows a notice and no contract is opened.
Everything that follows on this page describes how those pieces fit together — the screen, the assets, the account, the clients and the cashier — using the platform's own documents.

CORRECT FORECASTThe margin comes back plus the payout shown in the terminal when you opened the trade — for example $10 + 92% = $19.20.
WRONG FORECASTThe whole stake is lost. There is no partial result on a fixed-outcome contract.
EXACT TIEClosing price equals opening price: the contract is treated as not executed, the margin is returned and the volume does not count towards your turnover.

The terminal, element by element
Pocket Option trading happens on one screen. Tap a number on the screenshot or a line below:
- Candle chart — the price of the selected asset, live.
- Asset selector — the list shows the payout percentage next to every instrument.
- Expiry timer — when the contract closes.
- Amount field — the stake, from $1.
- Payout indicator — the percentage and the money it means for this stake; it changes from asset to asset.
- Call and Put buttons — labelled Buy and Sell on screen.
- Timeframe selector — M1, M4 and so on, at the bottom left.

The platform states that its "optimized charts rendering engine reduces loading time and increases battery life up to 25 %". We did not measure that claim; it is the platform's own wording.

03 · Assets & payouts
Assets and the published payout table
The assets schedule sorts instruments into Currency, Commodities, Stocks, Cryptocurrencies and Indices, with tabs for Current, General and OTC. OTC instruments are quoted by the platform itself rather than an exchange, which is why they keep running when regular markets close — and why the percentage on the same pair can move several times a day.
PUBLIC OFFER · PAYOUT & QUOTESThe payout
is determined by the Company as a percentage of the amount of collateral, and quotes come from the company'sown paid sources of quotations.Quotes from any other provider cannot be used in a dispute.
04 · Account
Logging in and the one-account rule
The Pocket Option login takes the email and password you registered with, or a Google or Facebook account. There is a catch the platform points out itself: if you signed up through Google, you have to reset your password before you can sign in by email and password. A password-recovery link sits under the form.
The same sign-in works across the browser terminal and every official client. Demo and real money live in one cabinet — you flip between them with the Demo/Real switch, not with a second login.
The agreement allows one trading account per person, whatever the legal status. Registering a second profile or using several accounts lets the company terminate the agreement and cancel trading results. Steps for signing in from a phone are on the demo and apps page.

The four official clients
The platform's footer lists exactly four ways in. Everything else found under the brand name is somebody else's software.
There is no iOS app link in the footer, so on an iPhone you use the browser version. Before installing anything, check two things: the host in the address bar, and that the package name and publisher match the ones above. We do not link to APK mirror sites. More on installing and the demo is on the apps page.

Deposits, withdrawals and the 0% commission line
Deposits start at $5. The payment page lists 171 methods under Cards, Bank, E-payments, Mobile and Crypto currency, and each one reads "Commission: 0 %". The payment policy adds a qualifier: conversion rates, fees and minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the company and may be changed at any time

Withdrawal timing is stated differently in two of the company's own documents, so we quote both:

within five (5) business days
; a bank transfer takes from 3 up to 45 business days

Who the platform does not accept

08 · FAQ
Questions about the platform
What kind of platform is Pocket Option?
A fixed-outcome trading platform running on its own web interface, which the agreement calls the Trading Terminal. You choose an asset, a stake from $1 and an expiry, then Call or Put. A correct forecast returns the stake plus a payout percentage, a wrong one costs the full stake, and an exact tie returns the stake without counting towards turnover.
How do I log in to Pocket Option?
With the email and password used at registration, or through a Google or Facebook account. The platform notes that if you registered via Google you must reset your password before you can sign in with email and password. The same credentials work in the browser terminal, the Android app, the Web App and the Telegram bot, and only one active account per person is allowed.
What payout does the platform show?
It publishes the percentage live, asset by asset, on its assets schedule page. On 29 August 2026 the table topped out at 92% across twenty OTC currency pairs, with 91%, 89% and 86% further down. Under its own agreement the company determines that percentage and quotes the market from its own paid sources.
How much does it cost to start?
The platform's counters state $5 as the minimum deposit and $1 as the minimum trade. All 171 published payment methods carry «Commission: 0 %», although the payment policy adds that the company sets conversion rates, fees and withdrawal limits itself and may change them at any time. The demo account is credited with $50,000 in virtual funds.
Can I use the platform from the United States?
No, by the company's own rules. Section 11 of its agreement lists The United States first among 32 countries whose citizens and permanent residents it does not serve, and none of its 171 payment methods is an American rail. The CFTC allows off-exchange binary options for US persons only through a designated contract market: Cantor Exchange LP, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange or Nadex.
